How do you make letters that look like water? What happens when letters are made from glue?
This font, unlike commercial fonts (limited in how much it can be altered), can be manipulated and used in any way by the artist. The png files provided allows for a creative freedom for the artist to use these letters in infinite unique ways. This font was created by accident using PVA glue, and it was decided to be kept in picture format to preserve the dimensions of the letters. There was very little control in the process to create unexpected and interesting results.
Displayed at the Swash & Serif typography show at the Northern Contemporary, in September of 2024.
